I am not sure where you try to download from, but you should probably try download as a free user....

Uploading.com does not work for me at all

I go to the link/it loads/I click download file/I wait the number of seconds/then download file/after I click it goes back to the waiting of the seconds/I wait/I click again/It goes back to the waiting again/It happens over and over and over

...Could this be a browser problem, I use IE, if not any help please?
